Child Nepal (CN) is
non-profit, non-sectarian and non-government
social organization which have been involved
in child issue being committed to contribute
towards CN mission - “PROMOTING CHILD
RIGHTS THROUGH EDUCATION”. CN believes
that the prominent theme, ensuring the
rights of deprived children and their
family, is education, particularly quality
education with life skills promotion.
Educating the children with their rights is
widely accepted way that build able,
competitive and confident citizen.
CN envisions a child-just society where rights of children are ensured and respected.
Mission
Create child friendly environment in local level programme to national level policy and planning having inclusive quality education to deprived children by working
together with children, community people, other concern stakeholders and government
and non government organizations.

Model Education Village
Promoted model village in the education for the nation, where all the children have inclusive child friendly education.
Awareness and Advocacy
The children are actively participated to entertain their rights for their overall development with supportive environment.

The nation having opportunity thereby all the children are enjoying their rights with having broader knowledge about the world.
Objectives
Model Education Village:
To establish community managed inclusive and child friendly public schools by 2017.
To enhance opportunity to targeted children, age ranges 3-5 years to learn and
develop their creative potentials in early stage by establishing child development centers.
To enhance child friendly supportive environment within family and community and concern
organizations fostering child promotion and development.
To establish educational environment outside the school promoting broader knowledge of the world.
To regularize additional activities within schools and community that enhances overall development of children.
Awareness and Advocacy:
To encourage the participation of children to expose their creative potentials, talents and ability.
To enhance supportive environment to the children that encourage them to entertain their rights.
To draw attention to incorporate declarations of UN on CRC into government policy and programmes and implement it effectively.
To draw attention to incorporate international declarations and provisions on education into government policy and programmers and implement it effectively.
Publication:
To raise awareness on child rights and broaden general knowledge among children by 2013.
To sustain JHULKA as a market based child friendly magazine by 2013.
To regularize sharing and disseminating information on child education, development and child rights promotion through E-JHULKA.
